14-Day Return Period
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the final item in your order.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please submit your request through your customer account:

If you placed your order using phone number checkout only, you may not be able to access the customer account portal. In this case, please use the return link provided in your SMS order confirmation or contact our customer support.
Returning Your Item
Once your return request has been approved, please send the item back within 14 days.
Items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- In the original packaging
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or the product arrives damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items

- Products returned without prior authorization
Damaged or Incorrect Items
